Horcrux Heavy Locket - Slytherin's
Heavy golden locket with Slytherin's ornate serpentine "S" engraved upon it. Owned by Merope Gaunt and sold to Burke who sold it to Hepzibah Smith. Kept in a box with a filigree clasp and smooth crimson velvet.

The Wickedest of magical inventions it enables the fractured soul of a murdering wizard to be placed into a creature or object so as to "hide" it from death. The wizard cannot be fully killed until all of the Horcruxes are destroyed.
Hufflepuff's Cup
Small golden cup with two finely wrought handles engraved with a badger originally belonging to Helga Hufflepuff, passed to her descendants. TR stole it. It is uncertain who he killed to turn it into a Horcrux. It mysteriously "disappeared" after her death.
LV's Horcrux #5
Dumbledore believed that Riddle was trying to collect an artifact belonging to each of the founders of Hogwarts. Since Slytherin and Hufflepuff had already been identified a Horcrux from either Gryffindor or Ravenclaw is thought to be one.
LV's Horcrux #6
Dumbledore believed that LVs murder of the Potters was to have been his sixth splitting but it backfired. When he killed the muggle caretaker Frank Bryce Dumbledore believed he used it to make his last Horcrux of Nagini - explaining his unusal attachment.
Slytherin's Ring
Slytherin's ring stolen from Morfin Gaunt when LV killed his father and grandparents during the summer before his 7th year in Hogwarts. Dumbledore was injured in locating it but destroyed it. Stores a "fractured" portion of an evil wizards soul.
Tom Riddles Diary
A powerful magical object which "keeps it's brain where you can't see it" and may have more significance than is obvious. Small enough to fit behind another book w/o being noticed. Turned into a Horcrux to try and achieve immortality. The persons written entry disappears into the page and a response from someone claiming to be Tom Marvolo Riddle appears (by Riddle, Tom Marvolo)
